Good parts of dream: Party game involving kittens, puppies, karaoke, and Dr. House.

Bad parts of dream: Vague, horrific, unseen cthulhoid thing menacing my entire life, specifically three teenage girls I was supposed to take care of. Includes overwhelming worry about whether it had gotten sen_no_ongaku--along with horror-movie "gotcha" scenes that did nothing to lessen the terror.
