good morning!

**The Graven Images conference continues today at BU: more information here, for anyone who feels like hearing us geek out about religion and comics! (And by "us" I mean both academics, fans, and comic artists, and a cool handful who are all three.)

**Saw Chess last night and it was awesome, though I think I prefer the concept album's "Endgame"--a considerably different plot! Also, it's hard to be the Arbiter. Especially when that means being surrounded by hot women in blue vests who dance around you shaking their arbitage.

**According to my dreams, Colonel Tigh would really love Rock Band.

2) Lucky you!

3) *facepalm* I can actually kinda sorta see that....

I imagine the M.C. in Cabaret has much the same problem around the Kit Kat girls...

Chess has two versions. The London version is the one I want to see, but they don't perform it here. Some day I will get to London and I will see it. Dammit.

I think this was the American version. The concept album is closer to the London version but still different from both (no Walter, for example).

*blinks* Who's Walter?? :) Concept album sounds neat. I really really really really really want to see Chess, but I have been listening to the London version since I was 10, so that's the one I want to see. Well, I wouldn't mind seeing the Broadway one but I'm likely to be picking nits the whole time. *sigh*
