First, you see, there was the Hurra Torpedo cover of "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Watch it. And then think to yourself, is there anything that makes less sense?
Try the original video. You see, there's flowing drapery, and doves flying through windows, and then...then...
...Ninjas?
...How did the fencers get wet?
...Glowy!!
...It's kind of like a cracked-out 80s version of Hogwarts.
...Flying choirboy!
...Since when are loincloths acceptable football attire??
I am tempted to watch the original video over and over until some kind of sense emerges, like churning butter.
Watching both of those left me completely unprepared for this.
