I've been giving some thought to their candies. I can certainly reproduce the flavors - it's just chocolate ganache with various spices. The coating's the problem. They get a wonderfully thin coating with razor-sharp corners that, as far as I can tell, can't be done in hand-dipping. You need to enrobe, which is kind of a combination chocolate waterfall / conveyor belt. I'll ask around.
