To my dear twin [livejournal.com profile] stealthmuffin:

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Not if I get yours first,
Happy birthday to you!

May your Boston-enabled birthday have smooth T rides, toddlers flying out of your path as you approach Potterdammerung, exciting letters from agents and publishers, and more pie than you can shake a stick at!

...Does it come with a happy Pikachu like your icon?
And would the bacon be the filling or the crust? These things must be answered!! Possibly by extensive experimentation.

I would say that this would be something like a caramelized onion pie with crisped bacon sprinkled (or for you a deluge) on the top. My brain keeps envisioning quiche, which isn't pie at all.

Of course, I don't eat bacon, so the experimentation will be yours.

I dunno. Quiche has a crust...

(though then, so do I. But I think I'm more bread-y)

I can do better - baconcake! Well, technically it's Mitton of Pork, but it looks like baconcake.

Take pudding basin. Line with bacon, layer sage & onion stuffing and thinly sliced pork fillet. Top with more bacon. Bake, press and serve cold. Candles optional.
