Kicking myself for missing DNC speeches. It's so hard to motivate myself to watch the actual convention--and I can't figure out why.

Meanwhile, I have wasted lunch hour time with THIS!!!

You missed a great speech by Sharpton last night, certain to become one of the classics. It's a shame only PBS and NPR was covering it last night. I can't agree with everything he said, but he is a master orator. The only bad thing about it was that he was followed by Bob Graham Of Florida, who had a tough act to follow.

Bob Graham would have flopped on his own, I think. He had by far the least enthusiastic reception of any of the speakers I've heard.
